Cowboy western banquet
Banquet Outfit
The banquet theme this year is Cowboy Western! The host committee from the Saint John Regional Hospital Local encourages you to come to the banquet in your best country-style outfit. The meal will be served buffet-style with entertainment provided.
Donations
Food Bank Donations:
We’ll be collecting donations of non-perishable food items and cash for Romero House until Thursday morning, October 22.
Tampon Tuesday Donations:
We’ll be collecting donations of menstrual hygiene products for the Coverdale Center and Hestia House women’s shelters in Saint John until Thursday morning, October 22.

International Solidarity Auction tickets
A sheet of 15 tickets will be $10.
50/50 Draw:
We’re holding a 50/50 draw this year! It will run from Monday afternoon until Wednesday after lunch. The winner will be drawn before end of day on Wednesday, October 21. Half of the money raised will go to the winning member, and the other half will be donated to a charity of the winning member’s choice.
Gift for the International Solidarity Auction:
The International Solidarity Auction will take place from Monday, October 19 to Wednesday, October 21. Locals need to hand in their auction donations by the end of the day, Tuesday, October 20.

The meeting begins Monday, October 19 at 2:00 p.m. Members should travel to Saint John that morning and return home after the meeting concludes at noon on Thursday, October 22.

Accommodation coverage
NBNU pays for one room for each local president and each paid voting delegate attending the Annual General Meeting.
Hotel accommodations will not be provided to local presidents or paid voting delegates who live within 50 kilometres of the city where the Annual General Meeting is held.
