Annual General Meeting 2021

October 25 - October 28

The Annual General Meeting will be held in person at the Delta Beauséjour, Moncton from Monday, October 25th to Thursday, October 28th.

DEADLINE DATES

Sept 7:  Deadline to submit the name of your local for the draw for observer funding.

Sept. 17:  Deadline date to submit nominations for the Glenna Rowsell Award    Online Nomination Form

Sept. 21:Deadline date to book in the NBNU block of rooms at the DeltaBeausejour. Telephone:  1-888-236-2427 online Here!

Oct.15:         AGM registration closes. Register here.
Deadline date to submit the Local Presidents Report to your Bargaining Unit Representative.


Funded Observer

Locals who wish to bring an observer and meet the financial need criteria, must submit the local’s name by September 7 to the provincial office (info@nbnu.com ) If more than 10 locals apply, a draw will be done according to NBNU policy. 


Travel

All members should travel Monday morning, October 25 and return home Thursday afternoon October 28.


Hotel Accommodations 

Please make your own reservations as soon as possible and advise that you are attending the NBNU Annual General Meeting.


NBNU Expense Policy on Accommodations

Local presidents and paid voting delegates that reside within 50 kms of the city where the Annual General Meeting is held will NOT be provided hotel accommodations.  


Please note that if restrictions are put in place by the government or Public Health due to COVID-19, the meeting may have to be held virtually.
